Breakfast, they say it's the most important meal of the day.

No Time for Breakfast?


If you know the mornings are not your finest hour, set the table the night before and set the coffee maker on a timer. Cold cereal with milk and a glass of juice is quick and easy to provide in the morning, but gets boring.  I passed along some ideas to
